William Rodriguez - Director of Operations
- Responsible for directing overall inventory strategy and repair partner relationships.
- Oversees exchange flow, turnaround schedules, and pricing discipline to ensure availability stays predictable and downtime is minimized.
Alex Britton - Director of Sales and Business Development
- Primary contact for operators and MROs.
- Works directly with new and existing customers to understand fleet makeup, maintenance patterns, and exchange frequency.
- Sets clear availability and return expectations so turnaround stays predictable and repeat support becomes seamless.
- Coordinates closely with warehouse operations to ensure commitments match real inventory movement
Amanda Rodriguez - Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
- Oversees purchase orders, repair orders, and vendor approvals to keep inventory in continuous motion.
- Maintains real-time awareness of what is on the shelf, in the shop, and in transit so availability remains predictable.
- Controls procurement decisions and repair routing to prevent downtime and avoid emergency sourcing.
Yessie Espejo - Operations Administrator
- Manages customer billing, account statements, and payment processing.
- Verifies trace and documentation prior to shipment to ensure units are approved on arrival and ready for installation.
- Maintains record accuracy and communication clarity so transactions remain smooth and predictable.
Gretche Gomez - Parts Acquisition, Purchasing & Repairs Coordinator
- Maintains long term relationships with vendors and repair stations to secure accurate pricing, lead times, and availability ahead of the market.
- Identifies off market opportunities and locates inventory quickly when shortages or AOG situations arise.
- Supports purchasing and planning by providing reliable sourcing insight, allowing decisions to be made with speed and confidence.
Romeo Rivera - Material Specialist
- Packages and prepares outbound shipments to meet aviation handling standards.
- Receives inbound units and enters receiving information into the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensures parts move through the warehouse cleanly and with consistent documentation
Carl Crespo – AOG Courier & Logistics Specialist
- Provides direct, same-day delivery of critical components throughout Florida to reduce downtime and avoid shipping delays.
- Coordinates hand-to-hand drop-offs for AOG situations so aircraft return to service without waiting on carrier schedules.
- Ensures urgent deliveries move immediately, regardless of day or time.
